Needle-less injection system for injection of fluids from 0,5 until 2,5 ml. Very accurate dosing. Injection depth is completely variable by reducing valve on dosing unit!
Hygiene: Reduce animal contacts by eliminating collection/contamination box. Through the use of MS Pulse Needle-free technology, cross-contaminations through needles belong to the past.
Reduction in pain and stress: Needle-free injecting causes less tissue damage: the injection hole is smaller and the liquid is distributed better and over a larger area. In addition, the stress moment for the piglet is shortened because it no longer needs to remain in the treatment box. The recovery period is shorter, resulting in the pig resuming absorption of colostrum, milk or feed sooner.
Practical applicability and effectiveness: All equipment is lined up, resulting in either fewer personnel being needed or in a gain in time. It is no longer necessary to hold tools in your hand, so both hands are free to hold the pig securely. Working-posture is improved as well as you do not have to lean forward over the treatment box. The compressor required to drive the needle-free injection system is located in the treatment unit.
Antibiotics reduction: The high dosage accuracy and improved hygiene has resulted in a reduction in the use of antibiotics for the following purposes:
- Preventive administration, due to the high dosage accuracy a max. deviation of 2% can be reached.
- Follow-up treatment, there are fewer problems with, for instance, thick joints (as a result of streptococci).
Quality: Each piglet is picked up and pressed against the needle-free syringe. As a result, the injection (with expensive vaccines) is carried out carefully and in the best possible way. The integrated marker automatically applies a mark to the piglets, thus reducing the chance of overlooking a piglet to a minimum.
Safety for the employee: The injection gun has a double safety mechanism and obviously the risk of hurting with a needle no longer exists. Safety for the consumer: danger of needle fragments in the meat no longer exists.
